Hey there! I'm Eric Fernandez and I am a web designer / front end web developer from the Bay Area. I graduated from CSU East Bay with a Bachelors of Arts in Multimedia, where I gained experience working in various forms of media (web, print, video, animation) and collaborated with small design teams on large projects.
For the past three years I have been working for Anchor Wave Internet Solutions, a web design agency based out of Tucson, Arizona. As a web developer I focus on using web standards with a concentration on accessibility, usability and semantic coding. Below you will find samples of my design and development work.
This is the website of Greg Glaser, a Bay Area Attorney at Law. The site was designed by my brother Ryan Fernandez, and I worked on the development of the site. I built this site using strict standards of XHTML and CSS, making sure that everything passed validation.
This is a website I designed for the Bay Area punk band, Break!. I designed and developed the site as well as created banners, wallpapers, and re-touched promo images.
This is a restaurant menu I designed for the brew-pub, Main St. Brewery, in Pleasanton, CA. The idea was to make something simple, neat and well organized in a four page layout.

These are a few mock-up layouts I created for a freelance project on crowdsping.com. They were looking for a simple yet attractive design.
Another set of mock-up layouts for a freelance project on crowdspring.com. This design was for a piercing and tattoo social community that wanted a universally appealing site.
This is actually one of the first websites I created. Just a small fan page for In Flames. I know it is a little outdated with the iframe and the smaller size but just wanted to put it up.
This image is composed of several photographs that have been manipulated in photoshop to illustrate the lyric "those black empty eyes are haunting me".
